Description

VITA-FEET hoof oil spray is a new revolutionary hoof oil, in a 500ml refillable non-aerosol aluminium spray bottle.

This fast-absorbing liquid will not layer up on the surface of your horses feet like other products. It will penetrate deep into the layers of the hoof capsule quickly, leaving a shiny non-stick finish.

Not only that but it is far quicker and easier due to the fact that you can spray directly onto the hooves, without the need for a separate brush.

All of the ingredients have been chosen with horses feet in mind.

We think it is important that you know what is in our hoof oil and why…

Sunflower and Soybean Oil: Both of these key ingredients are phospholipids, which convey moisture in the hoof and act as a barrier to protect your horses feet.

Coconut Oil: Allows fast absorption and intensive moisturising

Neem Oil: Antibacterial to help prevent thrush

Lavender Oil: Another Antibacterial ingredient, this oil also helps to repel flies and best of all it smells great!

Water: The hoof is made of Keratin which is 25% water, we have emulsified the oils with water to achieve ultimate hoof hydration

Directions for use:

Before applying any hoof products ensure the hoof is clean and dry.

Apply liberally to all of the hoof wall from the hairline down to the ground surface.

This oil can also be applied to the frog and soles, but ensure that your horses feet are thoroughly cleaned out before applying.

I always recommend if your horse is stabled on an evening that you apply the hoof oil after you have brought them in from the field and their feet have been cleaned. This will give the hoof oil chance to hydrate the hoof and fight bacteria during the night.

In very dry weather conditions it is best to apply the hoof oil everyday to ensure constant moisture within the hoof wall. In normal conditions 3-5 times a week will suffice.
